"Can arts make a difference"

This 10-minute film highlights elements of the impact Arts Generate has had in five areas; South Bedfordshire, Great Yarmouth, Luton, Southend on Sea, and Thurrock.

Introduced by the Chair of the Arts Council, Sir Christopher Frayling, a range of stakeholders and project participants share their experiences.

The film was designed and produced by Storm Media Ltd and was initially screened at the 2005 LGAF Summit on the role of the arts in developing sustainable communities.
